We look forward to seeing our students in the classes we offer! If for any reason, you cannot make it to a class you are scheduled to attend, it is your responsibility to let us know as soon as possible. Our courses often have a waitlist, and we reserve and pay for classroom space and schedule our course instructors based on class size.
If you must cancel your attendance in one of our classes here is our policy:
- Cancellations up to 72 hours prior to class start: Full refund minus $10 admin fee
- Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to class start: No Refund
In certain circumstances we may allow you to take another scheduled class with no penalty.
- You fail to show up for a class and do not contact us prior to start: No Refund
If you have questions about a course, or need to cancel or reschedule a course, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We review each registration promptly, and email course instructions to the email address provided at registration. If you have not received course instructions, please check your junk mail folder or contact us with any questions.
